The privacy policy is valid for our applications on our website, Envuu and Apple Store. For simplicity, we refer to all of them as "our services" in this Privacy Policy.

Some of our services may require their own unique privacy policies. If a particular service has its own privacy policy, that policy is excluded from the privacy policies you are currently reading.

What Information We Collect Within the Scope of the Services You Benefit

When using our services, you agree to provide us with certain information. These include:

• When you create an account, you provide us with at least your login details and some basic information necessary for the service to work, such as your gender and date of birth.
• When you complete your profile, you can share additional information such as details about your personality, lifestyle, interests and other details about you, as well as photographic content. You can allow us to access your camera or photo album to share photos or to add specific content. Some of the information you choose to provide may be considered "private" or "sensitive" in certain countries, such as your jurisdiction or ethnicity, sexual orientation and religious beliefs. By choosing to provide this information, you allow us to process it.
• If you contact our executive team or contact us for a technical problem, we collect the information you provide during the interaction. In order to provide you with better service quality, we may track or record interactions for training and educational purposes.
• In addition to profile content posted as part of the chat services, we archive your chats with other users by associating them with your profile unless you delete them.

When you use our services, we collect information about the features you use, how you use them, and the devices you use to access our services.

• Activity information such as login date and time, features used, searches, clicks, pages viewed, referring web pages, users you interact with, chat start dates, and the number of messages sent and received.
• Hardware and software information such as IP address, device ID and type, device settings, browser type, version and language, operating system, time zone, cookies and similar technologies.
• Information about wireless and mobile networks, including identifiers (IMEI / UDID / MAC address), service provider and signal strength.

Processing and Use of Information

The primary reason we use your information is to improve and enhance the quality of the services we provide. We archive your information to maintain safety and to take legal action in cases of cyberbullying.

We use algorithms to connect users and determine placement in popular user lists. In order to allow access to chat history across multiple platforms, chat history is stored on our servers unless deleted by the user.

You allow the moderator team to review chats, including messages, images and recorded voice messages, if at least one party files a complaint.

In the event of merger, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, or other change of control, your information may be transferred to the new ownership.

We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, court order, subpoena, government investigation, or to prevent crime and ensure safety. In certain cases, chat history may be archived temporarily even if deleted by the user if legally required.

We may also share information where necessary to protect our legal rights, enforce agreements, reduce liability, or investigate suspected fraud or wrongdoing.

Age Restriction

Our services are limited to users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you suspect a user is under 18, please contact us immediately.
