Community Guidelines Terms & acceptable use

Terms Of Use

Please read these terms carefully. They explain what is allowed on Envuu and how we keep the community safe.

On Envuu, you may see certain profile details of other users depending on their privacy settings, and you can control what others can see about you using the options available in the app. When you join Envuu, you become part of a community of users. We have community guidelines to keep the Envuu platform fun, respectful, and enjoyable. With these guidelines, we aim to create a fair and safe environment for everyone.

You may not like every piece of content you see on Envuu. If you think content is inappropriate, you can use the report or feedback feature for our team to review. Our team reviews reports and feedback on an ongoing basis to determine whether they violate our community guidelines.

We would like to remind you of some rules that will help you avoid problems. Please take these rules seriously and adopt them. It is important that you understand these rules and respect their rationale to maintain the quality of our platform.

What happens when my content violates this policy?

If any of your content violates our policies, we may remove the infringing content and send you an email to notify you of this. If this is the first time you've posted content that violates our Community Guidelines, you'll only get a warning before your account is permanently suspended. We permanently suspend accounts that we believe are not acting in good faith and repeatedly violate our policies.

If your content causing the violation (even if it is your first violation) is within the scope of user URLs, your account will be permanently suspended because URL change is not possible.

We rely on the Envuu community to report logs and conversations that violate the rules listed below. Reports are handled according to our processes, and users cannot access information about who reported them.

Do not do the following when communicating with other users.

Abusive or slang speech used between users with mutual consent does not violate our community rules. If both parties consent, the content and tone of such language is outside the scope of our enforcement.

Passive Account Policy

Generally, users are expected to be active members of the Envuu community. If an account is found to be inactive for a long time, the account may be removed by Envuu administrators without notice.

The account may be considered inactive in the following situations:

Impersonation Policy

If you think someone has created a profile that impersonates you or someone you know, and you let us know, the account may be permanently suspended. We may request additional information from you to take action on the account you reported.
